Annual Cost of Living Adjustments for 2009
The Internal Revenue Service and Social Security Administration have announced the cost of living adjustments to the dollar limitations on benefits, contributions and other amounts under tax-qualified employee benefit plans. The increases become effective January 1, 2009. The chart summarizes the primary limitations for 2009 and prior years.
